Imaam Barbahaaree on the Raafidah Shee’ah
Imaam Barbahaaree on the Raafidah Shee’ah
In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy
Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) stated:
The return to this world of those who have died (Ar-raj-ah) is an innovation and is disbelief in Allaah, the Sublime. Whoever professes to believe it, is a disbeliever in Allaah and in this there is no doubt. Whoever believes in ar-raj-ah and says that Ali Ibn Abee Taalib is alive and will return before the Day of resurrection and says the same concerning Muhammad Ibn Ali, Ja’far Ibn Muhammad and Moosaa Ibn Ja’far and talks about the station of the Imaams and that they know the unseen, beware of them! They are disbelievers in Allaah, the Sublime. [Explanation of the Creed by Abu Talhah Daawud Burbank (may Allaah grant him and his wife jannatul Firdaws)]
Sheikh Saaleh al Fawzaan commented on the above statement saying:
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree: ”Whoever believes in Ar-raj’ah’: This is with regards to the Shee’ah, for they say that the dead Imaams from ahlul bayt will return at the end of time, and that they will speak with justice, and that they will bring out Umar, Aboo Bakr and the sahaabah from their graves and burn them.
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Whoever professes to believe it, is a disbeliever in Allaah and in this there is no doubt’: The one who speaks with the statement of Ar-raj’ah in this manner, then no doubt he is a disbeliever in Allaah (Azza-Wa-Jal).
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘And says that Ali Ibn Abee Taalib is alive’: The extremists amongst the (raafidah) say that Ali did not die and that he is in the clouds, and they worship him.
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘And Muhammad Ibn Ali’the son of Hussain al Baaqir, ‘And Ja’far ibn Muhammad’ the son of Ali Ibn Hussain, and he is Ja’far As-Saadiq, ‘And Moosaa Ibn Ja’far’al-Kaa’dhim Ibn Ja’far As-Saadiq; This is why the raafidah call themselves al-moosaawiyyah, and al-musaawiy is an affiliation to Moosaa Al-Kaadhim.
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘And talks about the station of the Imaams and that they know the unseen’: They (the raafidah) believe that their imaams possess knowledge of the unseen and that they legislate and abrogate what they wish in the sharee’ah, because Allaah has preferred them with this. ”And that Indeed they’ (i.e. the Imaams) ‘possess knowledge of the unseen’: Shaikh Fawzaan said: Is there anyone who has knowledge of the unseen besides Allaah?
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Beware of them! They are disbelievers in Allaah, the Sublime’: Shaikh Fawzaan said: He is a disbeliever– the one who claims to possess knowledge of the unseen or that anyone else possesses knowledge of the unseen besides a Messenger of Allaah, whom He has chosen (and whom He informs of the unseen as much as He likes)–; Allaah said: ‘(He Alone is) the All-Knower of the Ghaib (Unseen), and He reveals to none His Ghaib (Unseen). Except to a Messenger (from mankind) whom He has chosen (He informs him of the Unseen as much as He likes)’ [72:26-27]

Five Principles of a true Mu’tazilee
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
The Mu’tazilah are not one group
The noble Shaykh Zayd ibn Muhammad al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) stated:
“I say, that the Mu’tazilah are not just one group rather they are numerous. Some of the scholars by way of careful study and observation have arrived to them being twenty groups. Each group declaring the rest of the groups as being disbelievers except that they agree upon five principles. Whoever doesn’t speak with all of these principles then the person is not a true Mu’tazilee with them.
The five principles are:
1. At-Tawheed (Monotheism): With them this entails the affair of At-Ta’teel (Denial) and that is by the negation of the attributes (that have been established by the Qur’aan and Sunnah) from Allaah.
2. Al-’Adl (Justice): With them this entails the denial of the divine decree.
3. Al-Manzilah baynal Manzilatayn (The station that is between two station): With them this means that al-Faasiq al-Millee (the criminal who is a Muslim) is not named a muslim from any angle. Likewise he is not named a disbeliever. So they put him on a station between two stations. This is (his status) in the life of this world. As for in the hereafter, if the Muwahhid (monotheist) died while being one who committed a major sin from the major sins and he didn’t repent from it, then he will abide forever in the hell-fire. There will no portion for him of intercession. Nor will there be any portion of the paradise for him. This is the case even if he was from the people of Tawheed, Salaah, Siyaam and other than that from the outward affairs (of Islaam). This is how the affair is with these evil people.
4. Infaadh al-Wa’eed (The carrying out of the threat): With them this means that the criminals who Muslims will be in the hell-fire forever to abide therein and they will not come out of it due to intercession nor other than that. This is similar to that which the Khawaarij say.
5. Al-Amr bil-Ma’roof wan Nahyi a’nil-Munkar (The commanding of the right and the forbidden of that which is wrong): This means with them the rebelling against the Muslim rulers who are corrupt and fighting against them with arms. They do this not holding to the advice of the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) of hearing and obeying the Muslim ruler as long as there hasn’t appeared from him clear disbelief that there is a proof for from Allaah.”

Beware! Of The Below Listed Individuals
“And verily, this (i.e. Allah’s Commandments mentioned in the above two Verses 151 and 152) is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path. This He has ordained for you that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious – see V.2:2).” 6:152

When Senior Salafi Scholars were informed about this pledge and those who participated in it, Scholars expressed their view in the below words:
Shaykh Ubayd al-Jaabiree may Allaah preserve him said,
“This shows they don’t distinguish between the correct paths from the misguided ones so they melt together and the result is innovation for Ahlu Sunnah do not have different beliefs.” “All of this is corrupt stemming from the false principle ‘al-Ma’dhira wa Ta’aawun’ – making excuses and cooperation with the misguided groups.” “If he was to follow truly their way he (Yasir Qadhi) wouldn’t have signed the pledge with these Sufi’s and he would have been upright upon the Sunnah even if no one were to follow him.” “I seek refuge in Allaah, this is the speech of the ignorant and those that play games“. “He lies here, there is no differences in Aqeedah between Ahlu Sunnah rather they are in agreement with regards its fundamental principles.” “Ahlu sunnah are not happy with the innovators. This is the speech of the Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen.” “Mashaallaah, they don’t have taqwa they have misguidance.” “This is a way of going away from the topic and not adab al-ikhtilaaf. Ahlu Sunnah do not consider making agreements like this with the innovators as adab al-ikhtilaf.”

Shaykh `Alee Naasir Faqeehee (a lecturer at al-Masjid an-Nabawee and the Islaamic University of Madeenah, and Head of the Department of Knowledge Related Affairs at the King Fahd Qur.aan Printing Complex)
The Shaykh, may Allaah preserve him, mentioned a number of points which are worthy of reflecting upon – for all:
After reading it, the Shaykh began by stating that: “This is not the first, second, tenth or even hundredth time that an attempt such as this has been made. For a long time efforts have been made in order to produce such a formula, the only thing that differs is the method and the wordings. It should be known that achieving the objectives of such a pledge is impossible; it is like shooting a stray bullet that will never reach its target. How can (a pledge such as) this be possible, bringing together people of different theological backgrounds that are contradictory to each other?!”
The Shaykh described the basis for such a pledge as proceeding from the principle of “let us co-operate amongst ourselves in the issues that we agree upon, and excuse one another in the issues that we disagree upon”.
In support of the Islaamic University of Madeenah, the Shaykh iterated: “Just because some of the co-signers (of “The Pledge”) are graduates from the Islaamic University (of Madeenah) does not mean that the methodology of the University is at fault. Rather, the methodology of the University is correct, however, the University cannot guarantee that all the students who graduate from it are or will remain upon the same methodology“.
In reference to the claim that “The Pledge” is specific to issues pertaining to the West, the Shaykh vehemently rejected this by saying: “Their claim that this is a Western issue and that Major Scholars elsewhere do not need to be involved: We say to them that the same Islaam you have over there in the West is the same Islaam we have here. What is false and contradictory to Islaam over here is also false and contradictory to Islaam over there. Islaam is suitable for all times and places“.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Haadee al Madkhalee commented with the following…
…During these times that we live in, those who speak have become numerous; those who speak with knowledge, truth and adherence [to the Book and the Sunnah], those who speak with desires and evil intentions, and those who speak with ignorance. All three groups are present, and the callers to falsehood are more plentiful.
Do not be deceived that a caller to falsehood is praised, has degrees or a high status in the life of this world, because this is of no significance. What is of significance is whether his speech is in accordance to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may the Salaat and Salaam be upon him, and what his righteous Caliphs and companions were upon – may Allaah be pleased with them all.
Amongst the callers to falsehood who have graduated from here, the Islaamic Univeristy of Madeenah, is Yasir Qadhi. I severely warn you against him, especially as Allaah the Glorified has exposed him after he wrote this document that has reached us and propagated it over the internet. He gathered with others and signed a pledge in which – from the beginning to the end – revolves around one point; dissolving Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah in the midst of the people of innovations, removing their character and extinguishing their identity.
Indeed this document that has reached us, that was signed by a number of people and propagated over the internet; it is falsehood, misguidance, injustice, oppression and ignorance [repeated 3 times]. It only serves the people of desires and is an injustice to Ahlus Sunnah. It is an obligation to be wary of it, to not listen to it, accommodate it, unite upon it and make excuses for it. All of this is in contradiction to the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah and what they are upon, those who are upon what the Messenger of Allaah and his companions, may Allaah be pleased with them, were upon.
He is calling to the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah, as he states himself, with the general understanding of term ‘Ahlus Sunnah’, meaning that all the other misguided groups are included in it, we seek refuge with Allaah from that, as we seek refuge with Allaah from this misguidance.
The evidence has been established upon him as he studied in the Islaamic University of Madeenah. I taught him in the faculty of Hadeeth, he once requested a sitting with me along with those who criticize him, so I agreed and informed him that I have no problem with that, and that was the last time I saw him. The point is that I never heard of him again until he entered the Masters program in ‘Aqeedah, and sadly, this is what is used by him and others to misguide a lot of people, saying that he is the student the scholars or that he graduated from the Islaamic University of Madeenah. But if this is the methodology that he is upon, the likes of this pledge that he and others have signed, by Allaah it would not benefit him if he graduated from within the Ka’bah! Because this is a false methodology, and being a student of such and such a Shaykh or studying at such and such a place does not justify falsehood, for those who taught him here have taught him the correct ‘Aqeedah, they didn’t teach him this falsehood.
In any case, we ask Allaah for safety, as we ask him to cause the Knowledge that we gain to be beneficial for us as well as yourselves in the life of this world as well as the next… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttBZ-g6QShk&lr=1

When Imaam al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah) was asked “The Muslims today have split up into factions and parties and Allaah, the Sublime and Exalted, has prohibited splitting up and differing. So amongst the Muslims today, this one is Salafi and this one is Ash’aree and this one is Sufi and this one is Maatureedee. The question is, is it not possible to overlook the walaa and baraa (the allegiance and enmity) in aqidah in order to unite the word for the purpose of confronting the enemies of Allaah and His Messenger.

A two-part lecture that will help the listener to understand the nature of bid'ah, the foundational groups of innovation that appeared in the early generations of Islam and how they laid the building block and philosophical arguments for the modern-day groups and movements who have spread division, calling away from the Qur'aan and Sunnah upon the Manhaj of the Salaf.

Shaikh Al-Albaani on Shaikh Rabee’s Book on Sayyid Qutb’s Mistakes
Shaikh al-Albaani said about Shaikh Rabee’s book in which he explains the mistakes of Sayyid Qutb,
“Everything that you have refuted Sayyid Qutb with is true and correct, and from that it will become clear to every Muslim reader who has some Islamic heritage that Sayyid Qutb was not acquainted with the fundamentals and subsidiary issues of Islaam. So may Allaah reward you with the best of rewards, O brother Rabee, for fulfilling the obligation of clarifying and uncovering his ignorance and his deviation from Islaam.”
