Translator: Abu Anisa Abdul-HakeemQ: O our Shaikh what is your opinion on Muhammad Hassaan where he stated in one of his khutbahs,
“We are Muslims! We all are people of Tawheed, we all are believers, and we all call to this Deen. The differences between us are in the branches of the religion (faroo’) which will neither nourish nor avail against hunger. We leave off the Usool. All of us are Muwahidoon (people of tawheed), we are all believers, we are all Muslims; there is nothing worthy of worship with us except Allah. There is no book with us except the book of Allah. There is no leader with us except the son of Abdullah (the Prophet Muhammad). There’s no rancor with us in that, there’s no differences in that, and there are no disputes in that. (SubbahaanAllah) there is no difference between a Salafi brother and a brother from the Jamaatul-Tabbleegh. There’s no difference between a brother from Jamaatul-Ikhwaanul Muslimeen and a brother from Jamaatul-Ansarus Sunnah. All of us say Laa Ilaaha Illalaah. All of us say Muhammadur Rasoolullaah.”
O our Shaikh what are your comments on this statement:
A: In the name of Allah, praise be to Allah; may the prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his companions.
To proceed:
The statements of Muhammad Hassaan al-Misri is established upon the principles of ma’thirah (to excuse or pardon) and at-ta’aawun (cooperation) that we cooperate upon what we agree upon (and have in common) and pardon one another in that which we differ. These principles are from the Ikhwaanul Muslimeen al-Misriyyah which was founded by Hasan al-Bannah in the mid 20th century A.D. This minhaaj was made for everyone to promote it after him (i.e. Hasan al-Bannah). In brief, the statement of Muhammad Hassaan is of two matters.Firstly: He states that all the Muslims are upon Tawheed and their differences are in the affairs of faroo’ (subsidiary branches of the religion); this is not correct. In the present time we live in, we find that (many of) those who affiliate themselves to Islam are not upon Tawheed. Rather, many of the Muslims build domes and use them as intermediaries (with Allah), raise the martyrs to levels not befitting to them, and go to graves where they worship other than Allah.
Secondly: He tries to rationalize that the rancor with the Muslims is due to differing in faroo’ (subsidiary branches of the religion). All of them say Laa Ilaaha Illalaah or bear witness to the Shahaadatain. He says that uttering the Shahaadatain is sufficient for an individual to be a Muslim. This is not correct;
verily the Sahaabah fought Bani Hanifa when they refused to pay the Zakaat (even though) they bore witness to the Shahaadah. Likewise ‘Ali (radi Allahu ‘anhu) took captives and burned them (the Shi’ite) and they bore witness to the Shahaadah. There is consensus amongst the Muslims as relates to the Faatimiyeen (a Shi’ite sect) who ruled over Egypt and Morocco in the latter generations were kufaar and their land was considered the land of war, and they bore witness to the Shahaadah.
So this statement from Muhammad Hassaan shows his ignorance to the Shahaadah. Not everyone who utters the Shahaadah is a Muslim whose blood and money is protected. Rather, uttering the Shahaadah must be in conjunction with knowledge (understanding) and actions with it. Doesn’t Muhammad Hassaan understand this? If he understands this and then forsakes it, then verily he is disloyal to Islam and the people as well as disloyal to the da’waa.
As for his statement regarding whoever says, “Laa Ilaaha Illalaah Muhammadur Rasoolullaah”, is sufficient for an individual to enter into Islam, even if he doesn’t understand it, this is not (considered) da’waa to Allah upon clarity. Rather, this is the da’waa (call) of ignorance. So it is upon Muhammad Hassaan to learn the correct way to call to Allah and to implement it upon the way of the Imaams of the Sunnah from the Sahaabah, the Taabi’een and those after them from the virtuous generations. Those who are upon this Minhaj do not speak with these principles that he has established. Such as, “That we cooperate in that which we agree upon and pardon one another in that which we differ.” These principles taken from Hassaan Al-Banna al Misri, the view of Jama’atul Ikhwaanu-Muslimeen will not cease (as long as individuals like this promote them). It’s apparent to me that this man (Muhammad Hassaan) is Ikhwaani (a member of Jama’atul Ikhwaanu-Muslimeen). He rules that everyone who affiliates himself with Islam is a Muwahid (a person of Tawheed). Our differing is in the matters of faroo’ (the subsidiary branches of the religion) and the like. No one makes this statement except that he is a liar or an ignorant (fool). Na’am!

Q&A with Abdur-Rahmaan al-’Omisan concerning Ali Halaby and the Quran and Sunnah Society (QSS)
Question 1:
What is your advice concerning Quran and Sunnah Society?
Answer: My advice is that you stay away from this society because it is not upon what it used to be (from leaving the people of innovation, and giving importance to the Sunnah and its peoples, and giving importance to their refutations and warnings).
I believe that one can call to Allah without being affiliated with a society or organization; rather the path of Da’wah is much more expansive than that. As for the argument that QSS has a good history, then we say this is true. But, this does not necessitate that QSS is still upon that goodness.
A person is only praiseworthy (or blameworthy) for his steadfastness upon the Sunnah (or lack thereof). No one is infallible except the prophets and messengers. Some people have even become apostate altogether, such as Abdullah al-Qaseemee, who was praised by the major scholars in his time. But, they later criticized him, refuted him, and even declared him to be a disbeliever. It was never said to those scholars: “this is a contradiction; didn’t you just praise him yesterday?!”
Our Noble Messenger (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) spoke the truth when he said: “Verily Allah would support this religion with a wicked and sinful man.” In this narration, the Companions praised a man who used to fight with them against the polytheists; he (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said about him: “he is in the Hellfire!” Later, this man was wounded and did not have patience so he killed himself! The afore-mentioned praise of the Companions’ (may Allah be pleased with them) was of no avail to him.
Thus, the only matter of consequence is the present state of an individual and what he dies upon; as ibn Mas’ood said (may Allah be pleased with him): “Hold fast to (the way of) those who have died (i.e., died upon the Sunnah; the best of them being the Companions), for verily the living are not immune from being tested (and going astray).”
Furthermore, the Salaf (Pious Predecessors) used to refute one another’s mistakes; they never said: “Do not refute so and so because he has many good works in the past.” Why? Because this would be tantamount to destroying the religion and subjecting it to the mistakes of people!! Therefore, I advise my brothers to call to Allah without affiliation to names (of organizations). I also advise my brothers to correct anyone who errs in matters of religion, seeking by that Naseehah (sincere advice) to the nation of Mohammad (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam); and Allah, the Most High, is the Most Knowledgeable.
Question 2:
Didn’t al-‘Allaamah al-Albaani (may Allah have Mercy on him) and Shaikh al-‘Abbaad (may Allah preserve him) praise/recommend the main speakers for QSS?
Answer: A recommendation of a person does not make him infallible, nor does it guarantee that he will never relapse or regress.
Rather, it is a scholar’s account of a person based on what that person has revealed to this scholar up to this point in time. It is NOT a permanent, ever-lasting recommendation.
Take, for instance, the Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) will see people being repelled from the Haudh (Pond) on the Day of Judgment – he used to know these people to be upon goodness – so he will say:” My companions!” It will be said to him: “Verily, you do not know what they innovated after you. Indeed they altered and changed.” He (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) will respond: “Away with them, away with them who altered and changed.” Allah tells us the statement of ‘Eesaa (peace be upon him): “And I was a witness over them while I dwelt amongst them, but when You took me up, You were the Watcher over them, and You are a Witness to all things.” (5:117)
Also, a scholar may recommend a person, while this person is actually in contradiction to his recommendation (because he put on a good show in front of this scholar). An example of this is Imaam Ahmed’s praise and recommendation of Mohammad ibn Humaid ibn Hayyaan. Abu ‘Ali an-Naysaabooree suggested to ibn Khuzaimah: “You should narrate from Mohammad ibn Humaid, for indeed Ahmed ibn Hanbal has praised him.” Ibn Khuzaimah replied: “He did not know him; and if he knew him like we know him, he would not have praised him to begin with.” (Tahdheeb at-Tahdheeb)
Thus it is clear that Mohammad ibn Humaid did not show to Imaam Ahmed that which he showed to others. This fact does not bring down the position of Imaam Ahmed nor does it raise the position of Mohammad ibn Humaid. Also the scholars of Hadeeth have agreed that criticism (Jarh) is given precedence over praise (Ta’deel). This is because the criticizer possesses some additional knowledge which is not known to the praiser.
The condition of some individuals may be hidden from some major scholars, but becomes clear to other, lesser scholars. For example, Imaam al-Albaani (may Allah have mercy upon him) used to have a good opinion about Safar and Salmaan (two callers to innovation). Later he said: “It appears that our brothers, the scholars of al-Medinah, knew the condition of these individuals better than us.” Also, Imam adh-Dhahabee said in Siyar A’alaam an-Nubalaa’ under the biography of Ghulaam Khaleel: “His condition was unknown to the Major (Scholars).” Thus it is not unusual to find that the true condition of an individual is unknown to some present-day scholars, whilst being known to others. Thus, the decisive matter is the statement of criticism, which is given precedence over the statement of praise.
Question 3:
Isn’t it true that al-Halabee has not changed since the days he was with Imaam al-Albaani? Rather, the Extremists in Criticism (Ghulaat at-Tajreeh) are the ones who have changed!?
Answer: This claim is baseless for several reasons. Who can claim that al-Halabee has not changed? Rather he has certainly changed. Did al-Halabee used to defend Ihyaa’ at-Turaath in front of Imaam al-Albaani, who used to criticize it (or did al-Halabee begin to defend it after his death)?
Did al-Halabee used to defend Abu Ishaaq al-Huwaynee in the past (as he does now)? He clearly said in a past statement (which I heard): “Verily he (al-Huwaynee) praises the people of Takfeer, and this proves his ignorance and innovation, and that he is about to go out of as-Salafiyyah.” So who is it that has changed??!! I listened to a recording of Abu Ishaaq al-Huwaynee in which he makes Takfeer (declares to be a disbeliever) anyone who continuously deals in Ribaa (interest). Is this the methodology of the Salaf (Pious Predecessors)?! Rather it is clearly from the methodology of the Khawaarij. And indeed I heard ash-Shaikh al-‘Allaamah Muqbil declare him (al-Huwaynee) to be an innovator.
And when did al-Halabee used to praise Mohammad Hassaan? Rather he used to warn against Hassaan and call him a “Takfeeree”. Verily I heard Mohammad Hassaan say that he went out in the Egyptian Protests with his wife and children (we seek refuge with Allah)!! I also heard him say that revolting against a muslim ruler is a matter of difference of opinion, and that revolting is only with the sword (as for talking against the muslim ruler than this is not considered revolting)!!
Also why do those who defend al-Halabee not consider the warning of our Shaikh al-‘Abbaad against ‘Adnaan ‘Ar’oor (who al-Halabee defends), and obligate al-Halabee and his followers to adhere to this warning of truth. Or is it the Desire in their hearts which has blinded them, so they pick and choose what pleases them?!
Furthermore, al-Halabee defends the statement: “there was scum amongst the Sahaabah.” We seek refuge with Allah; this is a statement of falsehood. Verily, al-Imaam Ahmed found fault with ‘Alee ibn al-Ja’ad because he called the Noble Companion Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): “that young boy”. Can you imagine what al-Imaam Ahmed would do if he heard al-Halabee say “scum”??!!
The point of the matter is that al-Halabee has changed and he has changed a great deal (since the days of al-Imaam al-Albaanee). We must listen and adhere to the statements of our scholars concerning al-Halabee so that we are not misguided. For example, al-Lajnah ad-Daa’imah (The Standing Committee) refuted him and warned against him. Likewise our Shaikhs Saalih al-Fauzaan, ‘Obaid al-Jaabiree, and Mohammad ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee have warned against him. Also al-‘Allaamah al-Ghudayaan (may Allah have mercy upon him) declared him to be an innovator, as did our Noble Shaikh and Father, al-‘Allaamah Rabee’ ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee. Shaikh Rabee’ in particular has dedicated his life to defending the Methodology of our Pious Predecessors, such that al-Imaam al-Albaani gave him the title: “The Flag-bearer of al-Jarh wat-Ta’deel (Disparaging and Praising)”. Or is it that Sh. al-Albaani’s recommendation for Sh. Rabee’ is outdated while his recommendation for Alee al-Halabee still stands??!!
Also our Shaikh Saalih as-Suhaymee talked against al-Halabee; when he was asked about him, he said: “I advise you to adhere to that which al-Lajnah ad-Daa’imah (the Standing Committee) has said concerning him. All of the afore-mentioned scholars are not known except to defend the Sunnah; they are not known for amassing wealth and chasing after worldly possessions from one country to the next…
As for what some say — that al-Halabee’s mistakes are in Furoo’ (branches) — then this is also a baseless claim. For it is not from the Furoo’ to disparage the Companions, or approve of Unity or Brotherhood of Religions, or praise the People of Innovation, or other than that from the ‘Usool (Foundational Matters of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah) which al-Halabee and his followers have violated and destroyed…such that, on their website, they praise the Khawaarij and lament many People of Innovation (we seek refuge with Allah from this)…
As for the branch offices of QSS in America, I have advised some of them to abandon their affiliation and make their da’wah independent of QSS (for indeed names and slogans do not make anyone sacred). If these branch offices persist in their affiliation, they will be grouped with QSS without reverence, because Affiliation and Disavowal is from the ‘Usool (Foundational Matters of Religion). As for the President of QSS, ‘Abdul-Mun’im Abu Rakhees (may Allah guide him), then he is one of those afflicted with disparaging People of Sunnah; and this is a sign of the People of Innovation, as mentioned by al-Imaam al-Raazi (may Allah have mercy upon him).
Therefore, I clearly warn against QSS, and I warn against cooperation and participation with it in any program or in any place. We must all fear Allah concerning this Salafi Methodology (of the Pious Predecessors), which condones neither extremism nor negligence.
Furthermore, it is incumbent upon everyone to realize that every time has its men – from the Imaams of al-Jarh wat-Ta’deel (Disparaging and Praising) – by whom Allah preserves this Religion. And at the head of them in this time is our Shaikh and Father, Rabee’ ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee (may Allah preserve him). His concern is this Da’wah, not bringing people down (without justification). He is not someone who just became known recently; he was considered an Imaam at the time of the Imaams Ibn Baaz, al-Albaani, and al-Uthaimeen (may Allah have mercy upon them). These three Imaams used to praise not only Shaikh Rabee’ personally, but they also praised his Methodology.
It should be noted that Shaikh Rabee’ has not changed in the least since these great Imaams issued their praise of him. He has not changed his Methodology in warning against People of Innovation and Desires. Rather, it is al-Halabee and his followers who have changed to the point that they praise those they used to criticize and criticize those they used to praise!! On the contrary, anyone who claims that Shaikh Rabee’ has changed his Methodology (since the three Imaams), then let him bring his proof if he is from the Truthful – and he will never be able to do so.
I remember the day I asked al-Halabee about Abul-Hasan al-Misri when I was in Jordan — this was during the early stages of the Fitnah of Abul-Hasan. Al-Halabee said: “the people here in Jordan do not know of Abul-Hasan, so why should we introduce him to them?” Then after allowing his scheme to run its course, al-Halabee now comes out, on his own website, extoling his praises on Abul-Hasan and citing him as a witness (to his falsehood)!! There is no doubt that the People of Innovation ally one with another in every time against the People of Sunnah. They apply the Principle of al-Ikhwaan al-Muslimoon: “We work together in what we have in common and excuse one another in our differences”.
I also remind my Brothers and Sisters that the true goal of the Groups of Innovation is to bring down the Methodology of the Pious Predecessors. They hide behind slogans like “Fighting Ghuluw (Extremism)” and “Fighting the Methodology of Shaikh Rabee’ ibn Haadee”. This is none other than what the People of Group-Partisanship did at the time of the Gulf War and during the fitan (trials) which followed it; but Allah caused them to fail. I ask you O’ Brother, who is more severe in speech: Shaikh Rabee’ ibn Haadee or Shaikh Muqbil ibn Haadee? The answer is Shaikh Muqbil by far. Then if Shaikh Rabee’ is from the Ghulaat (Extremists), then Shaikh Muqbil is the Shaikh of the Extremists (we seek refuge with Allah)!
By their deceptive ways, they seek to make brotherhood between the People of Innovation, so beware of them (we ask Allah’s assistance against them and their evil scheming). Do not let them confuse you concerning your Religion. You must read and study the books of the Pious Predecessors under the tutelage of the Scholars of Sunnah. And we praise Allah that some of these early works have been translated. Therefore learn your Religion and learn how the Imaams of the Pious Predecessors used to defend this Sound Religion.
I further remind all of you that our Scholars are united — like the heart of a single man – in fighting against Innovation and its People. However, the condition of certain individuals may be hidden from some of our Scholars while it appears to others; this by no means indicates that they differ in Methodology.
Finally, it is not for one such as I to write about this matter, for the Major Scholars have already addressed it. But, my brothers requested me and entrusted me with this topic. And Allah knows the intentions, and He guides to the Straight Path. And finally we ask Allah to send Salaat (mentioning in the presence of the Angels) upon our Prophet Mohammad and his Family and all of his Companions.

Aqeedah Of Zakir Naik – Al-Hur Has No Gender!
Bismillah Alhamdulillah As-Salatu Wa Assalaamu Alaa Rasoolillah. Wa Ba’ad.
Assalaamuaalaikum wa rahmathullahi wa barakathuhu!
All Praise is due to Allah Sub’hanahu wa ta’ala, Who guided us to His Book, the Qur’aan, and to the Sunnah of His Messenger (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and towards understanding the Qur’aan and the Sunnah as understood by the Salaf of this Ummah (Ridhwanullahi alaihim aj’maeen).
“So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. (Surah Ad-Dukhan 44:54)
From Tafseer of Ibn Katheer(rahimahullah):
(So (it will be). And We shall marry them to Hur (fair females) with wide lovely eyes,)This will be a gift in addition to the beautiful wives given to them.
Narrated Abu Hurairah (radhiallahu anhu): The Prophet(Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said, “The first batch (of people) who will enter Paradise will be (glittering) like the moon on a full-moon night, and the batch next to them will be (glittering) like the most brilliant star in the sky. Their hearts will be as if the heart of a single man, for they will have neither enmity nor jealousy amongst themselves; everyone will have two wives from the Hur, (who will be so beautiful, pure and transparent that) the marrow of the bones of their legs will be seen through the bones and the flesh.” [Sahih Al -Bukhari 4/3254 page 476].
A question is posed to Zakir Naik concerning the Hur – which is a matter of Unseen, al-Ghayb.
Zakir Naik Responds…The Sister has asked a question, that when a man enters a paradise he will get a hur that is a beautiful maiden then what will a woman get when she enters paradise. The Quran, has mentioned the word Hur, in no less than four different places. Its mentioned in Surah Dukhan, Chapter 44 verse number 54, its mentioned in Surah Tur, chapter number 52 verse number 20, its mentioned in Surah Rahman chapter 55 verse number 72 aswell as Surah Wa’qiah Chapter 46 verse number 22 [Note:- Surah Wa'qiah is numbered 56 and not 46(Surah Ahqaf)! He is so unreliable on his numbers then what about his fatawas!]. And many of the translations especially the urdu translations, have translated the word Hur as beautiful maiden! If the word Hur means a beautiful maiden, then what will the woman get in the paradise. Actually the word Hur is a plural for ahwaar – which is applicable to the man and hawar – which is applicable to the woman and it signifies the characterestic of hawar which means big, white, beautiful eye and describes especially the whiteness of the eye. The similar thing is mentioned, azwajun muthahharin…many places in the Quran; in Surah Baqarah Chapter number 2 verse number 25 and Surah Nisa Chapter number 4 verse number 57 which says azwajun muthahharathun which means companion, friend. So the word Hur is rightly translated by Muhammad Asad as spouse and also by Abdullah Yousuf Alee as companion. So Hur actually means a companion or a spouse. It has no gender. Further a man will get a good lady with big beautiful eyes and for a woman she will get a good man with big beautiful eyes..Hope that answers the question………[claps from general people - Narrated 'Abdullah bin Amr: I heard the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) saying, "Allah will not deprive you of knowledge after he has given it to you, but it will be taken away through the death of religious learned men with their knowledge. Then there will remain ignorant people who, when consulted, will give verdicts according to their opinions whereby they will mislead others and will go astray."
[The Saheeh of Imam Bukharee (rahimahullah) English translation: Volume 9, Chapter 96, HOLDING FAST TO THE QUR'AN AND THE SUNNAH, page 252, Hadeeth # 7307]. ]
Fatwa Of Shaikh Muhammad Ibn Salih al-Uthaimeen (rahimahullah) On The Same Question
Q.58. It has been mentioned that men will have Al-Hur Al-’Ain[1] in Paradise. What will there be for women?
Response Of Shaikh Ibn ‘Uthaimeen (rahimahullah) – Allah, the Most Blessed, the Most High says, regarding the blessings of Paradise:
” ..Therein you shall have (all) that your inner-selves desire, and therein you shall have (all) for which you ask for. An entertainment from
(Allâh), the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Surah Fussilat 41:31-32)
And He, the Most High says:
“..And therein all that inner-selves could desire, and all that eyes could delight in and you will abide therein forever.” (Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:71)
And it is well known that marriage is one of the things which the souls desire most, and so it will be found in Paradise for the people of Paradise, whether they be men or women. So, Allah, the Most Blessed, the Most High will marry the woman in Paradise to the man who was her husband in the life of this world, as He, the Most Blessed, the Most High says:
“Our Lord! And make them enter the ‘Adn (Eden) Paradise (everlasting Gardens) which you have promised them – and to the righteous among their fathers, their wives, and their offspring! Verily, You are the All Mighty, the All-Wise.” (Surah Ghafir 40:8)
If she did not marry in the life of this world, then Allah, the Most High will marry her to one who pleases her in Paradise.

A Collection of Some of the Principles of Bida’ – Sheikh Al-Albanee
A Collection of Some of the Principles of Bida’
From the Works of The Muhaddith, Shaykh, Allamaa’ Muhammad Nasiruddeen al-Albaani
Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya
# Principles of Bida’ 1
Adhering to general texts which have not been implemented\acted upon is not from the Fiqh of the Salaf.
Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddeen Albaani said:
‘Adhering to general texts which have not been acted upon, is not from the Fiqh(understanding) of the Salaf. Indeed every Bida’ which some people regard as being good, is generally taken from a general evidence.’[Taken from: ‘Riyadh Saliheen’ researched by Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddeen Albaani p.136 H#250]
# Principles of Bida’ 2
It is not a condition in order to reject every individual Bida’ that we need a narration conveyed with an authentic chain from one of the Salaf.
Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddeen Albaani said during his refutation of Shaykh Al-Habshi, in his debate with him regarding the Bida’ of prayer beads:
‘. . . . . And is it a condition with the people of knowledge and intellect in rejecting every individual Bida’ that we should have a narration conveyed with an authentic chain from one of the Salaf rejecting every single Bida’? This is not something a person who has smelt the fragrance of knowledge says.’
[From: ‘ar-Radd ‘ala Taqeeb al-Hatheeth’ by Shaykh Albaani p.54]
# Principles of Bida’ 3
Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddeen Albaani said:
Coming closer to Allaah Ta’ala cannot be done except with what Allaah has legislated. From Anas bin Malik who said: I was sitting with Ubayy and Abu Talha, and we had just eaten meat and bread, then I called for water to make Wudu. Ubayy and Abu Talha said to me: ‘Why are you making Wudu?’
Anas said: ‘Because of this food we just ate.’
They said: ‘Do you make Wudu because of good things (food)?! One who was better than you(the Messenger -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam-), did not make Wudu after eating.’
[Collected by Ahmad, & Albaani said its Isnad is Jayyid]
Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddeen Albaani commented:
‘This Athar (narration) indicates that the Companions would reject coming closer to Allaah- Ta’ala- with an action which the Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- did not legislate whether with statements or actions, as for Anas being concerned with making Wudu for eating meat, then perhaps the saying of the Messenger -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- reached him: ‘Make Wudu for that meat which has been cooked on fire’, and it did not reach him that it had been abrogated and Allaah knows best.’

Refutation Of Suhaib Hassan – Abu Khadeejah [Audio|En]
The Reality Of Suhaib Hasan & Friends The Hizbees, Liars & Callers To Misguidance
Just briefly some of the things that this man known as Dr. Sohaib Hasan says and does was refuted for by the Imaam of Yeman Shaykh Aboo Abdur Rahman Muqbil bin Haadee al-Waadi’ee (Rahimahullah) ;
(1) Is that he prefers the approach of Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen in da’wah over the approach of the Salafis and he says that they are better in their approach than the Salafis brothers.
(2) That the science of ‘Jarh wa Ta’deel is a science particular to our scholars of the past, and that it is not right for this time.
(3) Most of the lectures of Dr. Hasan are given from the platforms of Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen.
(4) And that generally Dr. Hasan is one of those who most severly opposes the Salafi da’wah in the UK.
(5) He said that you should not call the Ikhwaan, al-Ikhwaan al-Mufliseen (the bankrupt Ikhwaan), since they are Muslims and likewise they are good in their brotherhood and they are not like the Salafis in Britian who are always refuting the deviants.
Shaykh Aboo Abdur Rahman Muqbil bin Haadee al-Waadi’ee (Rahimahullah) responded to the above points of Dr. Hasan and was severely refuted by the Shaykh and the refutation is available on tape I believe at Makatabah Salafiyah, Birmingham, UK.
Then the Shaykh advised the Salafis with the following;
“As for the question of how you are to deal with him, then if you are able to prevent him from your masaajid, then prevent him so that he does not corrupt the hearts of your youth. But if you are not able to prevent him, then when he comes, you depart from the masjid and leave him to address the pillars in t he masjid! Do not sit with a deviant, one who is astray.”
